QuéMambo! School
At QueMambo! School we generate spaces for musical training and expression, cultivating sensitivity, perception and enjoyment of music, with group and individual proposals for all ages, with and without previous knowledge!
Most of our group proposals are approached in pedagogical pairs, as we believe that in this way learning and teaching becomes much more enriching.

Private lessons
Private lessons and in small groups
We offer PIANO, GUITAR, SINGING, UKELELE, BASS, VIOLIN, FLUTE, DRUMS and PERCUSSION lessons.
We propose to learn music from the enjoyment and enthusiasm stimulating personal creation, different styles and approaches according to your interests.
For example: learning to sing and play, reading scores, perfecting styles (popular, classical, jazz), audioperception, etc. Classes for all ages and levels!

Babies
A workshop for families and babies.
We propose playful-musical encounters that promote the musical and bonding development of infants and their families.
Cultivating sensitivity, perception and strengthening skills from early childhood.
We offer a quality repertoire of songs, hand games, rhymes with movement, poetry and books with wonderful stories that accompany families in every moment of their lives.

Children
Children from 3 to 5 years old.
A workshop that proposes an encounter with music through play. We offer a wide and quality repertoire of songs, rhythmic games, proposals of corporal expression and the first encounters of active listening with a variety of musical instruments. A first approach to playing alone and in company.

Children from 6 to 11 years old.
A proposal for older children that invites them to play different instruments, to learn to listen, to make music with others and to form a band, expanding their musical repertoire by listening to and playing music of different styles, in different languages!

Musical exploration
For children with disabilities (4 to 10 years old).
A space for children to enjoy meaningful leisure time occupations, taking into account the sensory, interaction, communication and motor needs that each of them may require. Accompanied by a music teacher and an OT.
Recreational proposals where we will share with others, play instruments, sing, dance, play and connect with music through movement.

Adolescent ensembly
Adolescents from 12 to 17 years old.
Musical ensemble proposal, divided into levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced). We enter the beautiful universe of putting together a band, composing songs, performing music we like and expanding our musical repertoire, improving individual technique and working as a team.

Ukulele workshop
A proposal that invites you to take your first steps in music with this super practical and simple instrument. This workshop provides basic concepts of music theory, technique and tools to be able to play a variety of musical genres with few chords.
Ideal for beginner level teachers looking to expand their resources in the classroom and general public with no previous knowledge!

Movement and voice workshop
Workshop for adults.
"To find ourselves in our own body, our own voice and all its expressive possibilities".
The aim of this proposal is to open the corporal and energetic conscience and the experimentation with one's own voice. We meet to recover movement and emotion as liberators and allies for working with the voice. From the expressive body work we will discover the energy of each energetic centre, its expression and its relation with the voice.

Music theory and appreciation workshop
In this space we will learn to listen to music. Learn to listen to music? Yes, learning to listen to music from perception to understand the fundamental concepts of the tonal system and music theory, providing tools to create our own compositions, a fundamental complement for any musician.

Percussion “ritmo con señas” (rhythm with signs language)
Percussion with signs workshops where we learn the signed percussion language, created by Santiago Vazquez, in order to collectively incorporate the technical tools of pulse and polyrhythm using Latin American and African folk genres as examples.
You don't need any previous knowledge, just the desire to learn and have fun to the rhythm of percussion!

Samba and other spices.
Proposal for lovers of Brazilian music, to understand it from its rhythmic and historical roots, developing the particularities of each genre and its mutations until today.

Let's put together a band!
We put together a band in which the different roles of an ensemble (vocalist, guitarist, percussionist, composer, arranger) are fulfilled, delving into the musical genres decided by the group.
